La Maison as I have heard from my EL (BA European Languages) classmate means ‘home’. The place perfectly fits its description. It exuded a homey feel through its denim placemats, wooden tables and upholstered rattan chairs. They are famed for the steaks, seafood and ribs.
I believe they have the most mouth-watering spareribs in the whole of TriNoma. I immediately fell in love with their House specialty; the Pork Ribs in Borboun Barbecue Sauce, even the I-love-greens-than-meat people will keep coming back for more.
They also served the Seafood Marinara Pasta. Oh, mussels, shrimps and fish. I almost forgot about my bloated belly. I wasn’t able to try the Duck with Cumberland Sauce. I’m crossing my fingers for another tour. Haha.
La Maison offered one of the most accommodating and exceptional services. They have the well-trained staff and guest relations. Two thumbs up for unforgettable dining.
